Custom painted car key orders are made to order. Shipping starts after the shell style, finish direction, and order notes are clear enough for production.

We prepare custom painted key shell styling orders after reviewing the order details. If your key shape, button layout, or design note is uncertain, contact support before checkout so the order does not start with a wrong assumption.

Before production

A custom painted key shell order is not the same as shipping a standard accessory from a shelf. The finish has to match the order scope, the key shell style has to make sense, and any initials or artwork notes need to be simple enough for a small curved surface.

What helps the order move faster

Use a clear design note. Include the main color, accent color, initials or short text if needed, and anything you want us to avoid. If fit is not obvious, send front, back, side, and button-layout photos through the contact page before placing the order.

Shipping address

Use a complete shipping address at checkout, including apartment, unit, postal code, region, and phone number when required by the carrier. If an address looks incomplete or risky, fulfillment may pause until the address is clarified.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available from the carrier, the tracking information is sent through the order contact details. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created, especially when the shipment is moving between carrier systems.

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local collection requirements are controlled by the destination country or carrier, not by Custom Car Key. If your country has strict import rules for small accessories, check those rules before ordering.

Delays, damaged packages, and lost shipments

If tracking stops updating or a package appears damaged on arrival, contact support with the order number, tracking number, delivery address, and clear photos of the package and product. We review shipping issues case by case and use the available carrier information to decide the next step.

If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unavailable for delivery, additional shipping costs may apply before it can be resent.

Do custom orders ship immediately?

No. The order needs to be reviewed and produced first. A custom painted finish cannot be handled like a ready-made key cover.

Can I order for a deadline or gift date?

What happens if my address is wrong?
